giving help to the startups take their product/services to live customers,
making market ready for the new product, and a group of mentors so that they
can build themselves as a growing
organization and start earning serious revenue. We are willing to support all

trainings, so we have classified aspirants based on their level of work done,
the stage at which they have complete or materialize their idea. Those who are very early stage of their idea,
they will follow the required training in the various department of the
university or in the place of our associated partners. The small and medium
size industries that are willing to take benefits from the various facilities
and program of our incubation center must have good proposal, one of their
representative should be willing to work physically. The aspirant SME should have
a component of technology, innovation, and a new concept or idea, which has
market potential, should have some customer/ market validation, and a pre-incubation
report. The Early-stage startups should come with a minimum viable product.
After completion of incubation period the aspirant is willing to spin off/
locate anywhere. Other than that, in some special case/ or on request we also
supports virtual incubation which suits entrepreneurs who need the services of an
incubator but still want to maintain their own offices while holding on to
geographical advantages and strategies. We will facilitate basic
research work, fabrication process, demonstration model, set up pilot plant, scaling

advertising media assistance, networking with big business house and funding

and friendly ecosystem for technology development and an ideal atmosphere to
enhance productivity and cultivating collaboration. We believe
that an appropriately positive approach and team effort can overcome from the
present obstacle and easily we can arrange the required fund and technical
supports. The fund raising program are indeed very challenging, convincing to a
financial partner really need to provide all possible answers satisfactorily and should
have a really attractive plan/ technology to display.

Innovation opportunities @ MITWS
Innovation
opportunities
MITWS can be a wonderful place which supporting innovation idea. Innovative search is a process based on knowledge search, generation, integration and synthesis. There are many types of knowledge and transfer and use of it from external sources may help in expanding firms’ knowledge bases, providing access to new ideas that promote the generation of new products and technology, and affecting the firms’ ability to earn economic rents . Of relevance then are product and service ideas, new ways of using them, new unexplored applications, supported by the analysis of emerging trends and changing scenarios. How do organizations come up with new ideas? And how do they use those ideas to create successful new products, services, businesses, and solutions? It is little wonder that so many good ideas never even come to the attention of management. Or that so many die short of development–and miles from commercial success.
In this center, we are trying to develop a two way communicative dynamic system. this can be an open space where multidimensional approach play an important role. Every single step is thoroughly analyse and detect all the possible loop holes in the system, and we will continuously growing and upgrade the facilities, expand our horizons, join hands with many people, involvement of people from the various subject domains. A environment of trust on the capabilities of our students and aspiring innovators. It is possible that some facilities are lacking but we are following the process continuous improvement and managing of all resources which needed for supporting new business models and technological systems.
STRATEGY AND PLANNING
STRATEGY AND PLANNING
The formalization of the strategy, the
preparation of development plans in a long time horizon, the selection of
ambitious development priorities, taking expansive measures or long-term
cooperation with business partners are linked with the search of opportunities
as an expression of the striving for innovations. The search for opportunities is generally
associated with some factors – primarily the changes, creativity and
innovations. So this is an ambiguous concept, but it can be assumed that it is
of innovative character. Opportunities are developing dynamically and change
along with the occurring changes; therefore in the approach to opportunities it
is a challenge to take an active attitude. Hence, it seems that the key
settlements concerning the strategic management process should appear to be
helpful. The implementation of the
strategic management process imposes the preparation for changes and initiates
a search for new development opportunities. There are many questions relating
to the practice of strategic management. When analysing the strategic
management process, it is justified to indicate the need to deal with the
challenge posed by the paradox of variability and durability.

SUMMARY OF THE PROGRAM
An digital entrepreunership development cell -MITWS has been established in the Bareilly for
facilitating new ideas of students of students and root level innovators. The society has state of art infrastructure and good number of academic and
research students associated with us. We can support them
in various ways by providing basic infrastructure, seed capital and appropriate
training and skill development. We have communicated many students groups and
continuously motivating them to be entrepreneurs. For the development of any
region these new start companies will be an efficient tool to develop a new
growing business ecosystem. It is a very positive approach to tackle the
problem of unemployment in the region. This incubation center is the central
facility of the University, and we hope the different departments will
contributed in the growth and development of the university, we will wish to
make MITWS as an entrepreneur
driven center in the Robilkhand region. The
formalization of the strategy, the preparation of development plans in a long
time horizon, the selection of ambitious development priorities, taking
expansive measures or long-term cooperation with business partners were linked
with the search of opportunities as an expression of the striving for
