We at MITWS are working with a vision to reimagine the guidance and learning ecosystem for youth preparing for competitive examinations, especially Civil Services and other national-level exams. While talent is abundant in rural and suburban India, access to quality mentorship, exposure, and motivation remains limited. Many bright minds are unable to realize their potential simply due to lack of guidance and a supportive learning environment.

To bridge this gap, we are forming a “Forum of Mentors” — a collective of dedicated subject experts, educators, professionals, and scholars who can guide, motivate, and support aspirants either through:

Weekly online/offline mentoring sessions,

Topic-based discussions and lectures, or

Interactive Q&A or doubt-solving forums.

Your valuable participation—either as a volunteer mentor or a paid contributor (honorarium basis)—can play a transformative role in shaping the future of our youth. Even a few hours a month, especially during weekends, can make a remarkable difference.

Our initiative is not a conventional coaching model, but an open learning and mentorship ecosystem—a platform where experience meets enthusiasm, and knowledge reaches those who need it the most.
